Well done. It is lovely to hear Welsh spoken.

It is interesting that the way we teach Maori is very similar.

tahi, rua, toru, wha , rima, ono, whitu, waru, iwa, tekau (1,2,3...)

Hi, this is Ben from 7JD Mr Dale's class on the Isle of Wight. We just viewed your vodcast on telling the time in Welsh and here are our comments:

Ben: It was quite cool when you used the vodcast to teach Welsh time, but I think it could have been better with puppets.

Ash: I liked your vodcast but you could have given people more time to repeat the words eg. 3 seconds between each one.

Harrison: I thought it was very clever as you used a vodcast to teach the class although it dragged on a bit. I think it would have been better to have split the content into three separate vodcasts.

Aimee:I think you could have made it into three and put a quiz at the end to see what people had learnt.

Josh: I thought it was cool but I preferred the Voki character because it was more eyecatching.

Thank you for the inspiration!

Hey guys thanks for your excellent comments - I do tend to agree with you that :
1. I could have made it into 3 seperate vodcasts - and in each allowing more time for responses. My idea was for it to be used as revision not necessarily for pupil response.
2. The use of puppets and/or props would be a good idea as well I think giving the pupils a character ( like Voki) that they could respond to.
I take all of your comments on board and we will see how future welsh vocab lessons look.
Thanks.
