To all of our friends at Appleby School, New Zealand ( and Miss King - welcome back ). Just to let you know that in the hustle and bustle of a new school year, we haven't forgotten about you - in fact Cuddly Kiwi got a new friend the other day - Miss Watson (Tiny Ted's original owner) bought a kiwi locally last week and the 2 kiwis have been sat on our window sill chatting ever since ( Cuddly K still has his voice.... just about) - no sign of any nesting yet though, we will keep you posted on any developments.

It's nice that Cuddly Kiwi has another voice from home but he looks a little like a duck! I hope I haven't hurt his feelings!!!
